In the RUAS print portal and the Campus Print app you submit a request to have your private print credit refunded to your bank account. The remaining balance will be refunded to your bank account within 2-3 weeks of receiving your request. There is no minimum balance to request the refund. You also don't pay an administrative fee.
Request in the RUAS print portal
- Go to the print portal.
- Log in with RUAS account or guest account.
- Click the [Credit] tab.
- Click [Refund].
- Enter name of account holder, email address and IBAN.
- Click the [Request credit refund] button.
- Log out;
- Students: click X in your browser's tab to log out. Note that you are not really logged out until all tabs are closed.
- Guests: Click the buttonand click then [Log out].
Request in the Campus Print app
Important: You cannot request a refund when automatic top-up is switched on. You need to disable it first in the print portal. (Enable and disable automatic top up)
- Open the Campus Print app.
- Tap [Top up], next to your print credit.
- Select [Refund] in the menu.
- Enter name of the account holder, your email address, and the IBAN number of your bank account.
- Tap [Request credit refund].
