Print from a RUAS computer via the Internet

The HR Printer (SmartClient) is available for employees and installed at all RUAS workstation with a Windows system that RUAS manages. On a Mac, the printer is called HR_Printer_MacOS. This allows employees to send a job via the Internet from any location. Also outside the HR network. You can send print jobs from any application and print them out on any Canon printer.

Then you can install the HR Internet Printer (Windows/ Mac) via the RUAS print portal.

Next, follow the steps below to print:

1.  Go to the print window of the active application. To open the print window, click [Print] or the print symbol.
   
   
2. Select the printer in the printer list.
   
   
3. If required, change the print settings. You can always change the print settings at the Canon printer before printing the job.
   
   
4. Click [OK] or [Print].
   
   
5. Your print job is submitted to the Canon printers.
